By using trestavia.com or booking travel services through Trestavia Travels, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Trestavia Travels is an independent, third-party travel agency based in Phoenix, Arizona. We are not an airline, hotel chain, or official travel provider. We search and book travel on your behalf using airline systems. We are not responsible for airline operations, delays, or cancellations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By booking, you confirm you have the authority to make travel arrangements for all named passengers.

3. Bookings & Confirmation

A booking is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation email with a valid airline record locator (PNR) or e-ticket number. Fares are subject to availability and may change before ticketing. If a significant price change occurs, we will notify you before proceeding — you may accept the new price or cancel with a full refund.

4. Pricing & Service Fee

All prices are in USD and include airline taxes unless otherwise noted. Trestavia Travels charges a service fee disclosed at checkout before payment. The fee is 7% of the airline fare (minimum $15, maximum $75 per booking). Phone-assisted bookings use the same structure unless a different quote is disclosed before payment. The service fee is non-refundable in all circumstances.

5. Passenger Information

You are responsible for the accuracy of all passenger names, dates of birth, and passport details. Names must match the travel document used at the airport. Trestavia Travels is not liable for costs arising from inaccurate information you provide.

6. Cancellations & Changes

All cancellations and changes are subject to the airline's fare rules. Many discounted fares are non-refundable and non-changeable. Our service fee is non-refundable regardless of the airline's refund policy. See our full Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.

7. Travel Documents

You are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and any required entry permits. Trestavia Travels is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to missing documentation.

8. Airline Changes & Disruptions

Airlines may change schedules for reasons beyond our control. We will notify you of significant changes and assist with alternative options or refunds per the airline's policies. Trestavia Travels is not liable for costs caused by airline delays or cancellations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trestavia Travels' maximum liability is limited to the service fee paid for the specific booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
