Trestavia.com and Trestavia Travels are official registered trade names owned and operated by People Information LLC.
By accessing trestavia.com(the “Site”) or booking any travel service through Trestavia Travels, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.
Trestavia Travels is an independent, third-party travel agency operated by People Information LLC, based at 1350 W Van Buren St APT 1014, Phoenix, AZ 85007. We are not an airline, hotel chain, car rental company, or any official travel provider. We search live inventory and book travel on your behalf using airline reservation systems. We are not responsible for airline operations, delays, cancellations, or the acts and omissions of any service provider.
No joint venture, partnership, employment, agency, or fiduciary relationship exists between you and Trestavia Travels as a result of your use of this Site or our services. In our role as a travel agent, Trestavia Travels acts as an independent contractor assisting you in locating and booking travel with third-party suppliers.
You acknowledge that certain suppliers may pay us commissions, incentive payments, or other compensation for reaching sales targets or for marketing and administrative services we perform on their behalf. These arrangements may influence the fares and suppliers we surface, alongside other factors such as availability and your stated preferences. The nature and level of such compensation is subject to change.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Site or purchase any service. By booking, you confirm that you have the legal capacity and authority to enter this agreement and to make travel arrangements for all named passengers. You agree to supervise any use of the Site by minors using your name or account. We reserve the right to deny access to anyone at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
You may only use the Site to make legitimate travel reservations or purchases. You shall not:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trestavia Travels and all service providers for any breach of this section.
Certain products, services, and content available on the Site are provided by independent third parties (“Service Providers”), including but not limited to airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, cruise lines, and tour operators. These Service Providers are independent contractors and not employees or agents of Trestavia Travels. Trestavia Travels acts solely as a sales agent and is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, or negligence of any Service Provider, or for any personal injury, death, property damage, loss, or other expense resulting therefrom.
Certain software, data, and content on the Site may be the copyrighted property of Service Providers or their third-party distributors. The inclusion of any product or service on the Site does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by Trestavia Travels.
A booking is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation email containing a valid airline record locator (PNR) or e-ticket number. Fares are subject to availability and may change before ticketing is complete. If a material price change occurs after payment, we will notify you before proceeding — you may accept the revised price or cancel for a full refund of all amounts paid to Trestavia Travels.
Separate terms and conditions of the applicable Service Provider additionally govern your reservation. You agree to comply with those terms, including payment of all amounts when due and compliance with all applicable fare rules, policies, and restrictions. Violation of a Service Provider’s terms may result in forfeiture of monies paid, cancellation of your reservation, or denial of boarding.
In the event of a system error or manifest pricing error affecting air, hotel, car rental, or any other booking displayed on the Site, Trestavia Travels reserves the right not to honor the erroneous price. Upon identifying such an error, we will promptly notify you of the correct price. We will not require you to purchase the reservation at the amended price; you may cancel the affected booking for a full refund of any amount charged.
All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and include applicable airline taxes and carrier-imposed fees unless otherwise noted. Trestavia Travels charges a service fee disclosed at checkout before payment. The fee is 7% of the total fare (minimum $15, maximum $75 per booking). Phone-assisted bookings use the same fee structure unless a different amount is explicitly disclosed before payment is authorized. The service fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including voluntary cancellation, airline-initiated refunds, or denied boarding.
You are responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising from your use of the Site and our services.
For itineraries that include at least one U.S. point of origin or destination, booked at least 7 days before the scheduled departure date, you have the right to cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, per U.S. Department of Transportation regulations (14 CFR § 259.5). To exercise this right, contact us within 24 hours of completing your booking. After this window closes, standard airline fare rules apply. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all passenger names, dates of birth, passport numbers, and contact details provided at booking. Passenger names must exactly match the government-issued travel document used at check-in. Trestavia Travels is not liable for any costs, fees, or losses arising from inaccurate information you provide.
You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid passports, visas, entry permits, health certificates, and any other documentation required by your destination country and any transit countries. Trestavia Travels is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, or any costs resulting from missing or invalid documentation.
We strongly encourage all travelers to review current travel advisories, warnings, and entry restrictions issued by the U.S. Department of State before booking international travel. By offering travel to a particular destination, Trestavia Travels does not represent or warrant that travel to that destination is safe, advisable, or without risk, and is not liable for any damages or losses that may result from travel to such destinations.
Airlines may modify schedules, cancel flights, or make other changes for reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of war, terrorism, strikes, disease, weather, or other force majeure events. Trestavia Travels shall have no liability and will make no refund for delays, cancellations, overbooking, or other disruptions caused by a Service Provider or governmental authority. We will assist you in pursuing your rights under the applicable airline’s policies but are not responsible for any additional expense, re-routing, or omission arising from such events.
Your use of the Site, and all materials and services provided on the Site, is at your sole risk. The Site and all content and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trestavia Travels and all Service Providers shall not be liable for any damages to, or viruses that may infect, your computer or equipment arising from your access to or use of the Site. In no event shall Trestavia Travels or any Service Provider be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind (including lost profits or lost savings) arising out of or in any way connected with (a) any use of the Site or its content, (b) any failure or delay in the operation of any component of the Site, or (c) the performance or non-performance by Trestavia Travels or any Service Provider — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
If, notwithstanding the foregoing, Trestavia Travels is found liable for any loss or damage connected with the Site or its services, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the service fee paid for the specific transaction at issue, or (b) USD $100.00.
You agree not to dispute any charge with your card issuer where Trestavia Travels has acted in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable airline and these Terms. If you did not receive a ticketing confirmation, it is your responsibility to contact us before the scheduled departure.
Before initiating a chargeback or credit card dispute, you agree to first contact Trestavia Travels at support@trestavia.com or +1-800-779-8593 to allow us the opportunity to resolve the matter.
If a customer initiates a chargeback on a non-refundable airline ticket, service fee, or fare adjustment that complies with the applicable airline fare rules and these Terms, the customer agrees to reimburse Trestavia Travels for the full disputed amount plus a $250 administrative and accounting fee. In cases of fraudulent chargebacks, the customer shall be responsible for all costs incurred by Trestavia Travels to recover the disputed amount, including reasonable legal fees.
Upon cancellation of transportation or travel services where the passenger is not at fault and has not violated any clearly disclosed terms, all sums paid to Trestavia Travels for services not provided will be promptly refunded to the passenger, unless the passenger directs otherwise in writing.
By providing personal information on the Site for the purpose of reserving or purchasing travel services, you consent to Trestavia Travels sharing that information with the applicable Service Providers to the extent necessary to complete the requested transaction. For full details on how we collect, use, and protect your data, see our Privacy Policy.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trestavia Travels, People Information LLC, and all Service Providers, together with their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claim, cause of action, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) brought by a third party arising out of your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
