Booking a flight online got more complicated over the years, not less. What should take ten minutes became a gauntlet: prices that changed at checkout, fees that appeared only after you clicked "continue," cancellation policies buried in accordion menus, and customer support that pointed you to an FAQ when you needed a person.

We built Trestavia Travels in Phoenix, Arizona to solve a narrow problem well: give travelers a way to book flights at a fully transparent, all-in price — and make sure a real human is reachable when anything goes sideways. From the first booking, our policy has been to display the complete price breakdown — airfare, taxes, carrier fees, and our own service fee — as separate line items before you confirm anything.

We operate as an independent agency. We have no ownership in any airline, no preferred carrier arrangements, and no incentive to push a more expensive flight. We are compensated by a flat, disclosed service fee. That single policy change — full transparency before payment, full independence from airlines — is what we built the company around.
