Change Rules We Check
Policy varies by airline and fare type. Agents confirm exact costs before processing anything.
Change Fees Depend on Fare Type+
Many airlines have eliminated change fees on standard economy and above fares. Basic economy tickets are typically non-changeable after 24 hours. All costs — fare difference and our service fee — are confirmed before you commit.
Fare Difference on Changes+
Moving to a higher-priced flight means paying the difference. Agents quote the exact amount before confirming the change.
24-Hour Free Cancellation+
For eligible U.S. itineraries departing at least 7 days out, full cancellation within 24 hours of booking is free per 14 CFR § 259.5. Agents confirm your ticket's eligibility.
Same-Day Change Rules+
Same-day confirmed changes may require a fee depending on the airline and your fare type. Agents check eligibility and quote the cost before proceeding.
Our Service Fee — Always Quoted First+
Trestavia's service fee is 7% of the airline's published fare — minimum $15, maximum $75. It is quoted before your card is charged. The airline's fare is passed through at cost.
Policy details change. Agents always confirm the exact cost before processing.
